MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

SARAH ROULIAS

Sarah has spent a lifetime in pursuit of movement & dance. she performed professionally in the Reno/Tahoe area as a dancer, aerialist & pole artist for 13 years. She also competed in pole competitions in LA and New York. Sarah’s main focus now as an instructor is sharing her love of movement and dance in a way that guides others to feel their best in their bodies and an aim to move with freedom for a lifetime.

for those who have learned/mastered their foundations on the ground and are ready to take those skills to the next level - climbing, leg hooks, conditioning for inverts and combos in the air, working from the ground up!

Pole Flow

recommended for those who are ready to combine more technical moves in groundwork sequences and choreography.

Also great for intermediate to advanced students to flow through groundwork & balance out their time in the air.
